Wake up early in the  morning, breakfast at hotel and drive to domestic airport and fly to Lukla (2815 m), trek from Monjo (2835 m). The trial takes you through Dudh (milk) Koshi river and pine forest. We pass small groups of donkeys and yaks carrying trading goods and trek gear along the trial. The allure of the mountain is hard to resist, but we must be patient, as it is very important  to acclimatize slowly and thereby fully appreciate our time at high altitude. It is the journey of first step so that needs to go slowly. Overnight at tea house

Day  02  Monjo to Namche Bazaar (3446 m)  –  The trial climbs up the Dudh Koshi Canyon, crossing from side to side passing the villages of Benkar and Chomou and through forests of blue pine, fir and juniper. Between 3600 m and 4200 m birch and rhododendron predominate. Solid villages with dry stone walls of the type and the lake district can be seen running down from the high meadows. After registering the name of tourist at Jorsale, the trial undulates along the valley up to the confluence of Bhotekoshi and Dudh Koshi. This part of the trial is virtually sunless and notoriously cold and windy, the wind funneling down the gorges of both rivers. From this point, you begin the final step to Namche Bazaar.Along the trial, you can explore the Mt. Everest, Mt. Nuptse  and Mt. Lhotse etc.Overnight rest at Namche bazaar.

Day  03  Namche Bazaar  –  A rest day for acclimatization, which is situated in a sheltered horseshoe shaped basin high above the Bhote Koshi Gorge.Terraced houses cling to the hillside. It is as developed town where banking facilities also available.

Day  04  Namche to Phortse Thanga (3680 m, 3 hours) – Climb the hill to Khumjung and descend to the east of the village down the broad valley leading to the Dudh Koshi. The route then turns north goes steeply up offers spectacular views.

Day  05  Phortse Thanga to Dole (4110 m, 2 hours) – A short hiking for acclimatisation to the altitude. The trail climbs steeply out of the valley through rhododendron forests which give  way to fragrant stands of juniper and large conifers as the elevation increases. At the time of rhododendron blooming ( in spring) then area seems beautiful. The route passes a herders’ hut at Tongba (3950m) then arrive gently to Dole.

Day  06  Dole to Machhermo (4470 m, 3 hours) – The trial goes steeply through juniper forest to Luza (4360 m). The trial then climbs along the side of the valley, high above the river, crossing sandy spurs to Machhermo.

Day  07  Machhermo to Gokyo (4790 m, 4 hours) –  Beyond Machhermo the trial climbs a ridge for an excellent view both down the valley to Kantega and upwards Cho Oyu. The path slowly goes up and arrive at Panka then further climb to a large cave area known as Nilibuk. After having a lunch, the trial climbs steeply  along a narrow crafted staitcase trial.
